Healthy eating hints
Here are a few handy, healthy eating hints that you can share with your customers.
- Bake, broil or grill your Atlantic Salmon instead of pan-frying it.
- Limit the amount of oil you use.
- Flavour your Atlantic Salmon with seasonings like dill, lemon, or pepper instead of butter or oil.
- If you do use oil, make it olive oil. Research suggests that this monounsaturated fat can have a positive impact on your cholesterol level.
- Pair your Atlantic Salmon with a healthy side dish like steamed broccoli or carrots. Not only will these colourful veggies look good, they're good for you too.
